Great hotel, super friendly staff when we arrived that gave us ideas for things to do and a coupon for the Winston safari drive. The amenities are all super nice and convenient. The room was so comfortable with a beautiful view of the river. The surrounding area felt safe. Nice safe parking lot for our vehicle. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Everything is very clean. Would definitely recommend, would stay longer than a night driving through next time as well.

The property is super clean and conveniently located. The room was preheated before we arrived, which was nice. The hotel is pet friendly, which was a plus for my mother-in-law, who is traveling with us with her small 2 pound dog.

fantastic Location, outdoor hot tub overlooking river. clean rooms, good selection of breakfast items. The eggs were good. Coffee was good. Area was clean.

Husband and I stayed here on our way to the coast. Beautiful property with a covered outdoor spa. Great hot breakfast Saturday morning with omelets, sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancake machine, as well as drinks and cold stuff. Even had almond milk. Very comfortable bed. Modern feel.

The complimentary breakfast exceeded all expectations. I wasn’t expecting so many hot dishes with 2 different kinds of omelets and sausages, but plenty for vegans too!! The room was very comfortable and had everything we need. The view off the balcony of the Umpqua River was beautiful!

Pool, hot tub, and exercise room were great. Breakfast options were good. Breakfast staff wert above and beyond. Very helpful. Check in/out simple. Liked 24 hour Ice water, coffee, and fruit. Liked microwave and mini fridge in room. Nice view of the river.

I traveled for the first time with my service dog and was delighted with this room. It had a door out to the lawn area and back so I could easily take him out when I needed to. Plus the sitting there was so nice to have a cocktail and dinner by the river. What a surprise!

Beautiful outside the hotel. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. So glad you keep it open for until mid morning for us late risers.

We stayed one night half way to our destination. We did not expect this hotel to be so great. We had our Corgi with us. It was quiet, great facilities…pool, spa, lawn area with views of the river 100 ft away, picnic area, bar b cue, exercise room….and the best breakfast that was included. It had hot sausage, eggs, rolls, bread, etc. Of course it had great coffee. The room was medium sized, but very comfortable. Staff was as friendly as they could be. I recommend this highly.
